Don Hermanson has been a part of the South Central College Agribusiness staff since 1996. Prior to teaching at the college, Don taught high school agriculture for 16 years.

Pete Neigebauer
Pete Neigebauer
Pete Neigebauer has been a part of the South Central Agribusiness staff since 1989. Prior to teaching at the College, Pete taught high school agriculture and adult farm management for eleven years. Pete’s teaching responsibilities include courses in Farm Business Planning and Analysis, Agribusiness Financial Management, Agricultural Equipment, as well as a variety of Swine Production courses. Pete has traveled extensively internationally working with several agricultural groups such as Cochran Fellows, CHF and Land O Lakes International, and Minnesota Department of agriculture. He has consulted with individuals from 20 different countries related to various production agriculture systems. Pete and his family live on a small farm near New Ulm, Minnesota.

T.J. Brown
Prior to teaching at the College, T.J. taught high school agriculture for twelve years in Springfield, MN. T.J.’s teaching responsibilities include courses in Agribusiness Financial Management, Employability Training, and Welding.
Education:Masters of Education and Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Minnesota, both in Agricultural Education.
