The Culinary Arts program has earned a stellar reputation for training high-quality professional food service managers, chefs and cooks. Under the direction of Chef Michael Broughten, himself an accomplished chef, you’ll be provided opportunities for hands-on learning and develop a solid skillset necessary to becoming a proficient chef and a knowledgable food service professional.
When done with your Culinary Arts program, you will be prepared to work in the areas of:
