It is the policy of the College to be open for educational purposes. If it is determined by the college administration or the governor that emergency conditions have developed which change normal operating times, an announcement will be made via radio and television broadcasts. Whenever possible, this will be aired before 6:00 a.m. over the following stations: KTOE 1420 AM / KDOG 96.7 FM / KXAC 100.5 FM / KRRW 101.5 FM / KYSM 1230 AM / KXLP 94.1 FM / KATO 93.1 FM / KDHL 920 AM / KQCL 95.9 FM / KYSM 103 FM / KRBI 1310 AM / KRBI 105.5 FM / KEEZ 99.1 FM / KQYK 95.7 FM / KRBI 105.5 FM / KNUJ 860 AM / SAM 107.3 FM / KOWZ 100.9 FM / KOWZ 1170 AM / KRUE 92.1 FM / WCCO 830 AM & TV 4 / KSTP TV 5 / KSAX TV / KARE 11 / KEYC TV 12. This also will be announced via the STAR Alert System. All school closings are campus specific. Please note that announcements closing all area or district schools refer to public schools K-12 only.
